INTEGRAL WATER PROOFING COMPOUND
PC LW PLUS is on integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and mortar which chemically converts the water soluble compounds present into concrete/mortar into stable water insoluble compounds. It hos good plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. It is used in all types of concrete/mortar requiring water impermeability. It is based on high performance polymers. Conforms to IS 2645 : 1999

METHOD OF USAGE
Mix 150ml. to 200ml. per 50kg. cement bag. Optimum dosage is 150ml. per bag of cement. Shake well before use. Mix PCBOND LW+ directly into gauging water, where mixing into gauging water is not possible it should be poured on aggregate in the feeder. DO NOT ADD DUBOND-LW DIRECTLY TO THE CEMENT. Mix cement concrete/mortar thoroughly to ensure proper mixing. Dubond-LW reacts with concrete and closes the capillary pores in the concrete, there by preventing the water absorption by capillary action and rendering the concrete dense and waterproof.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store in a cool dry place. Self-life is one years in sealed pack in manufacturers original containers.
SAFETY
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, lncase of contact with eyes or skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and contact doctor. DO NOT ADD PROTECT-LW DIRECTLY TO THE CEMENT, ALWAYS ADD IN TO MIXING WATER.
